I work 13 hour shifts at the hospital by night, cook on my days off. I live in my kitchen and I explore new recipes on a weekly basis. This blog is some of my culinary adventures, mishaps, and thoughts about something we do for hours every day: cook and eat.
I often cook with an 8month old wrapped around me, and I still manage to explore new recipes and do frequent dinner parties for my relatives.
