Lychee [nom nom nom]


It has been a busy week. Too much work Dx

We got some fresh lychee from Dallas (from a Korean grocery store HMart)  It has been a long time since I’ve seen them.  Pretty excited!  For those of you that have never had a non-canned lychee fruit, here is a pic for the steps of peeling it:

  1. Remove the lid – Wash and cut off the very top of the fruit (stem side)
  2. Peel the skin off, Its thin and easy to tear, like an egg shell.
  3. Rinse, and don’t forget there is a big seed in the middle!
