It has been a busy week. Too much work Dx
We got some fresh lychee from Dallas (from a Korean grocery store HMart) It has been a long time since I’ve seen them. Pretty excited! For those of you that have never had a non-canned lychee fruit, here is a pic for the steps of peeling it:
- Remove the lid – Wash and cut off the very top of the fruit (stem side)
- Peel the skin off, Its thin and easy to tear, like an egg shell.
- Rinse, and don’t forget there is a big seed in the middle!
