Dutch Oven Day #2, Sirloin Pork Roast

Last night I wanted to play with my Dutch oven again, as I had a 6 month old attached to my arm.  I seared the edges of the roast, then added apple cider vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper and some water.  After 2 hours, I added cabbage, onion  and more water and then let the cabbage stew for almost an hour.

Yup, not much to dutch oven cooking.
